Opel Vivaro Surf concept: a minivan for surfers

Opel has unveiled a concept version of the Vivaro minivan, showing what could be the perfect vehicle for travelers, surfers or snowboarders. Public premiere prototype Vivaro Surf Concept will be held at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The rear compartment of the car interior lighting system equipped with a blue color and special fasteners. They are designed for transportation of equipment for outdoor activities, such as trips to the beach or to the mountains. On the roof of the minivan installed locking mechanisms for transporting surfboards.

Opel Vivaro Surf Concept equipped with LED daytime running lights, light sensors and rain, electric exterior mirrors and rear view camera. In addition, the prototype has received the latest version of the multimedia complex IntelliLink Navy 50 and the wireless access point Wi-Fi.

The concept car is equipped with a 1.6-liter turbo diesel, developing 140 horsepower and 360 Nm of torque. The maximum speed of the minivan is 180 kilometers per hour. Fuel consumption in the combined cycle is 6.1 liters per hundred kilometers.
