Subaru will present VIZIV Future Concept with autopilot

Subaru Company will present two concept cars at the Tokyo Motor Show. The first is a 5-door version of the new generation Impreza and the second – the next revision of the conceptual crossover VIZIV (Vision for Innovation), embodies the future serial Subaru with automatic driving system and a number of new security systems.

For details about the system of autonomous driving, as well as new technologies to ensure safety while the Japanese kept secret. While it is known only that the concept is equipped with a hybrid power plant consisting of a petrol turbo engine, borrowed from Levorg, and upgraded electric motor mounted on the rear axle and is responsible for the activation of all-wheel drive.

As for the Impreza concept, it is known about it almost nothing. There are a few sketches, but to draw conclusions on them prematurely. It is necessary to wait for the premiere, which will take place on 28 October. Although, judging by the design sketches, the Impreza will receive a very dynamic appearance with a sloping roofline, spoiler, the C-shaped lanterns and massive wings.
