Toyota can be proud of not only the fact that the company is one of the largest automakers in the world, but because of its leading position in the segment of hybrid cars. However, the corporation is not accustomed to rest on its laurels, as exemplified by the concept sedan NS4. The dynamic silhouette of the car combines sleek lines and sharp edges – this can bring back to mind the star of the Alfa Romeo 159. The front part of this car has a predatory beak that is at all difficult to compare with anything already known. Hard to believe that Toyota shows NS4 as a kind of “Prius of the Future” – a technological and stylish look at what could be the hybrid car company in a few years.

However, the power plant concept is similar to the one that was used in the current connected outlet of the Prius. The concept was brought to Detroit to demonstrate more wrapper technology and innovative approach to the materials that are used in the production site, rather than a new engine, that is almost an official line of Toyota. In NS4 user interface links a control system with all other vehicle systems – from air conditioning settings to monitor the battery. Among the electronic driver’s assistant NS4 is a system of monitoring blind spots, collision avoidance system and adaptive headlights.
