Toyota FCV-R is another creation from the Japanese company Toyota that was striving lately to develop an environmentally friendly car. Even though we know that Japanese are at the fore-front of the revolutionary progress in the auto making world, we still see how they open our eyes and widen the horizons pushing the borders of what we thought was impossible. New trend in this great auto making industry is now sustainability, therefore Toyota put al its engineering excellence to design such a car.

Presentation of this new ecological car took place in 2011 at an exhibition in Tokyo. This new concept is a fully powered hydrogenous car, which by its dimensions is comparable to the mid-size “Avensis” model. Due to the placement of the fuel cells in the center console, the car has four seats and has at its disposition quite a roomy trunk. According to published specifications, the full-charge range of the model is about 700 km. The manufacturer reports that the FCV-R is almost completely ready for mass production, so it is possible that soon this car will appear on the conveyor of the “Toyota” plant.
