The big surprise of the Nissan was a new project called Extrem, which was first shown at the International Motor Show in Sao Paulo. The first extreme concept car from the Japanese automaker designed specifically for Brazil, which recently recorded a significant increase in sales of the brand.

The concept is based on the V-Platform of Nissan, that was used in the North American Versa sedan model and also the super-mini car Micra. Its length is 3850 mm, width is 1765 mm, height is up to 1530 mm. Wheelbase – 2450 mm, which is much smaller than the one of NissanJuke. Under the hood of the small SUV there is a 1.6-liter gasoline engine with direct injection and turbocharging system(DIG-T). The automaker says that the SUV will offer a choice of front-or all-wheel drive from Torque Vectoring.
