The basis of the concept was made from modern materials such as carbon fiber, and hybrid system that was used in the Lexus models of new generation. Developing the idea of the project LFA, creators actively used in the design of new LF-LC their own experience in connection with carbon fiber parts, aluminum alloy, which significantly reduce the weight of the car body. The result of the whole work is the elastic body, which is clear and quick to respond to driver input. Advanced hybrid drive system incorporates a powerful engine that runs on the Atkinson cycle, which works in conjunction with modern rechargeable battery of high power. In total, a hybrid gasoline-electric propulsion system used in LF-LC Blue develops 500 hp – and that is much more than any other modern hybrid brand.
