Ford revived GT supercar
Ford has declassified the concept of the GT supercar. The novelty is a harbinger of a successor of the same name of the original models produced from 2004 to 2007.
The prototype is equipped with a V-shaped six-cylinder twin-turbo EcoBoost engine of the new generation, whose output topped 600 horsepower. The engine works with seven-diapason gearbox with two clutches, which provides “instant” gear change. The dynamic characteristics of a compartment are not announced.
Supercar is opening up the doors, as well as an active rear spoiler, retractable or retractable depending on the particular road conditions. Coupe received the 20-inch alloy wheels and tires Michelin Super Sport Cup 2 “unique structure pattern designed specifically for the new GT”.
