Citroen Cactus M with built-in tent

Citroen Company has declassified a new concept car Cactus M equipped with a built-in tent turning into the tent and water-repellent lining interior. French manufacturer calls this prototype of a modern interpretation of crossover Mehari, built on the base model 2CV and is available in the 1970s.

Novelty is based on the crossover C4 Cactus but has only two doors and an open top. As they say in the Citroen, bumpers and doors are covered with a thermoplastic that is resistant to shocks, scratches, salt water and sand. Racks windshield and trunk are covered with wooden inserts and fitted with special attachments for surfboards.

The interiour of the car, whose design was developed in the style suits for surfing, can be washed with water. In the floor there are special drainage holes and seats are covered with water-repellent neoprene fabric. In addition, the age of the cars off-road vehicle should remind Mehari door handles in the form of straps, a single central janitor.
The Cactus M trunk keeps a special tent, which was developed in collaboration with companies specializing in the creation of inflatable structures and fabrics for extreme conditions.
