Renault Crossover DCross Concept based on Duster

Auto Show in Sao Paulo in 2012 was the site for the presentation of several conceptual crossovers. The Volkswagen company introduced the subcompact Taigun concept car, Japanese producer of great cars Nissan brought to Brazil its great concept named Extrem, and we can say that French were not that falling behind, as the stand of Renault was presenting another great crossover concept named as Renault Dcross for the year 2013.

As you can guess from the photos, the latest model is based on the crossover Renault Duster. Though the experts from the local unit of French automaker decided to make this model a lot more stylish than the regular version. Renault DCross Concept has received a two-color painting for the body – its major part is now done in a bright green color, and the back is covered with matt black paint. Moreover the car got the aggressive front bumper adjacent to a front grille and stylish head optics.

Thresholds are set on each side of the crossover, on the roof one can find the massive roof rails between which the reserve wheel is placed. You can also note the new back lights, big “mugs” of the side mirrors, an unusual figure wheels and off-road tires.
