Mitsubishi Goes to Geneva

Mitsubishi has announced the premiere of the concept of the new budget compact sedan at the 34th Motor Show in Bangkok. Car was named Concept G4 and is intended for sale in the global emerging markets in order to compete with such budget sedans like Hyundai Solaris, Volkswagen Polo and Kia Rio.

With its new car Mitsubishi plans to achieve maximum fuel efficiency expense of maximum relief body. As the core the Concept G4 is using 1.2-liter MIVEC, working together with a CVT. At the Geneva Motor Show Mitsubishi Motors Corporation will present the concept car of a five-door hatchback CA-MiEV, able to overcome 300 km per single charge. The ride on a single charge is equal to twice as much as that of the existing electric cars on the market today, which was made possible by a new generation of battery and improved aerodynamics.

Another new product from Mitsubishi, which will be shown in Geneva is a hybrid pickup GR-HEV. Its unique feature is a hybrid (HEV) technology. Completely new business concept with HEV technology includes diesel engine Clean Diesel and electric, which is simpler and more affordable than models EV and PHEV.
